treat with lateral wall resection

lateral exostosis with subtalar arthritis
treat with lateral wall resection an...d subtalar fusion
■type III
lateral exostosis, subtalar arthritis, and varus malunion
treat with lateral wall resection, subtalar fusion, and +/-
valgus osteotomy (controversial)
